Description

Here is a special piece of Chrysocolla and Quartz
This form of Chrysocolla and Quartz with the beautiful sea blue color is less known and hard to come by.
It comes from the Ray mine, a copper mine in Arizona.
Ray Mine chrysocolla is highly sought after because the mine is an active industrial copper operation, and specimen collecting ended decades ago.
Most of the material available today was gathered years ago, making these pieces true old stock from a locality that will never produce collectible chrysocolla again.

This piece is fabulous!
The quartz crystal is sandwiched between the Chrysocolla.
The color of the Chrysocolla is breathtaking.
When Quartz is infused with Chrysocolla it is known as Gem Silica.

– Goddess Energy — Many traditions connect chrysocolla with the Divine Feminine, encouraging self‑trust, intuition, and gentle strength.
– Peaceful Presence — Ray Mine material in particular has a grounding, stabilizing quality because it often forms alongside quartz or chalcedony, giving it a balanced, harmonious vibration.
