		<description>Thanks for this beautiful post. We can&#039;t hear often enough that we must love ourselves before we love another. So much of what we think is love is neediness or gratitude - you make me feel good about myself, and so I am grateful and &quot;feel&quot; love ... but love is not really a feeling; it&#039;s an action. When I love myself, I take care of my body, fill it with wholesome foods and give it exercise. I make sure I take time to play and work. I nurture healthy relationships and gently remove myself from toxic ones. And so love goes. Thank you, Debra! You are one of the living examples of love in my life. MJ</description>
