Rose Quartz offers a gentle energy, so I am surprised that you are having difficulty wearing it. Have you energetically cleansed the necklace? Hi, I just wondered if you could offer me some help? I have an amethyst crystal necklace that I regularly wear which is great for me. I also have a rose quartz crystal that whenever I wear, my heart seems to ache – like a physical pain – I was wondering can rose quartz be too much for the wear or is it a releasing of pain? If you can offer me any help, I would really appreciate it. Have a lovely day.
